01 - Consultation Session
A brief meeting at your home, office, or other location to discuss your project needs, your inspirations, and your lifestyle to align your project’s scope with the deliverables required to deliver a successful project.
02 - Personalized Project Quote
After your consultation, the Backeddy team will produce a project quote that will include the necessary information and deliverables, mapping out the life cycle of your project. This will include project deliverables, fees, and labor.
03 - As-Built Documentation
Backeddy will meet you on site and document all necessary elements of the existing home, building, or property, so that our team can get the best start to your design as possible. Typically, this is a two-hour process for the Backeddy team.
04 - Project Design
Looking back to all previous meetings, consultations, and feedback, Backeddy Designs will draft your project’s deliverables according to the project scope. This may include floor planning, diagramming, rendering, and structural review. Design meetings will punctuate all phases of the design process.
05 - Engineering + City Revision
Backeddy will head up the correspondence with consultant teams and city officials so that all revisions can be issued properly, streamlining the permit issuance process.
06 - Project Completion
Your project package is delivered. All drawings, permits, endorsements, and certifications are presented to you, giving your project the green light!
